By placing an order with Hydra Skin Solutions Distributors, you agree to the following terms:

1. ORDERS & PAYMENT
All orders are quote-based. Work only commences once full payment reflects in our account unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS
Due to the custom, white-label nature of our products, all sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued once work has started, including design, printing, or manufacturing.

3. LABEL DESIGN & REVISIONS
Your quotation includes 2 free label revisions only. This includes changes to text, colours, or layout.
Any additional revisions, redesigns, or label changes after the 2nd revision will be charged extra. The cost will depend on the complexity of the change.

4. APPROVAL
Once you approve your final label mock-up in writing (WhatsApp or email), you are 100% responsible for all information on the label, including spelling, ingredients, and claims. Hydra Skin Solutions will not be liable for any errors after approval.

5. PRODUCTION TIMELINES
Production timelines of 5-10 working days only commence AFTER final label approval. Any delays caused by late approval or late information from the client are not our responsibility.

6. SHIPPING
Courier/delivery fees are not included unless stated in your quote. Hydra Skin Solutions is not liable for delays caused by the courier company.

7. CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be cancelled once design work or production has started. If you cancel before work has started, a 25% admin fee will be deducted.
